The advertisement shall comply with the measures indicated in the ad models of our website and have been paid. For technical reasons Chicism can adjust and change the ads on the web to fit the printed guide but we will try to respect the accuracy of the ad, the message and layout to the highest level and this is not a reason for the customer to claim any kind of compensation.
Ads payments received before the 7th day of the month will be published next month. The payment received after the 7th day of each month will jump the month. Our guide is published monthly from 1 to 5 of each month.
If, for technical reasons or for reasons beyond our control, the ad will not get to publish in printed guide or it contains printing errors in the specified month, the advertisement shall be published or will be republished in the available next edition. The client in this case is entitled, if claimed, to get return the total paid amount provided that the advertisement has not already been published or it is already delivered to be print and ready to be distributed within 10 days, without the advertiser can claim any damage, loss, compensation or liability attributable to our service and our company.
Chicism reserves the right to cancel, modify and change the category of advertising which does not meet these conditions, or consider not of interest in our guide. Only in case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded only with the paid amount we received through our website or payment gateway. We also reserve the right to modify the ad or change it from category, or even the content and material of the ads to improve the appearance or to give greater force to the contents of the message based on our entertainment guide and subject to the maximum fidelity of the ad. In this case the advertiser has no right to apply for a refund.
